Catering

School Meals 

Huili School’s catering is provided by Sodexo, aprofessional Integrated Facilities Management company. Sodexo operates from anonsite kitchen which is located adjacent to the dining room. Sodexo Catering Onsite Office: 0513-68078800 Ext 58829

All pupils are required to eat school lunches, exceptfor those who have special reasons, such as religious or medical reasons.Any reason for not being able to eat school luncheswill require official documentation and permission from the respective Head ofSchool.

Please be aware that Huili is a nut free school andtherefore foods containing nuts are not permitted.Huili School’s catering is provided by Sodexo, a professional Integrated Facilities Management company.

Meal Fee 

The meal fee can be topped up from the Education 365APP. The Sodexo will take charge of issuing invoices for themeal fee / top-up fee to students or their parents, which will at most take 15working days to process. At the time of paying the fees, please do click the“invoice application”.

If there is any balance remaining on the pupil's ID card at the end of the academic year, this can be carried forward to the next academic year.

Food Committee

The food committee consists of parents and staff representatives. It is there to offer all parties the chance to feed back directly to Sodexo, and regular surveys will be taken and acted upon. Pupils also get an opportunity to provide feedback via the student council.
