AI Empowering the Digital Transformation of Education, Sharing a New Blueprint for Future Education!
With the rapid development of technology, tools represented by Artificial Intelligence (AI) are profoundly changing the face of education. Recently, WCC 4th Chinese Teaching and Learning Conference was successfully held.
The conference, themed " The Way of Tools, Tools of the Way ," attracted a large number of Chinese teachers to gather and deeply explore the rational application of technology in education.
The theme " The Way of Tools, Tools of the Way " aims to remind educators that, when using technology tools, they should not only focus on their functions and applications but also consider the principles and rules behind their use. The event officially kicked off with a keynote speech by special guest Alan David Pritchard, Second Language Coordinator at WCIS, demonstrating how to use AI to meet the needs of second language learners.
During the conference, many guests shared their successful cases of applying AI technology in actual teaching. AI technology has shown great potential in personalized learning, intelligent assessment, data analysis, and more. However, attendees unanimously agreed that these technological tools should be methods to assist education, not replace the core of traditional education.
"The advancement of technology presents challenges to education while also bringing unprecedented opportunities," pointed out Principal Ning Dong, a special guest from Sydney Datong Chinese School. "The professional development of Chinese teachers in the new context is the most important issue for us."

During the seminar, several educational experts further discussed how to maintain sensitivity to the essence of education in the application of technology. Emotional education, value guidance, and attention to individual differences remain irreplaceable elements of education.
