Our teachers will be passionate educators from all over the world. They will all have teaching qualifications and teaching experiences and they all must share the same vision and values as Huili School Nantong. Most of our teachers will have many years of teaching experience but we are also excited and proud to recruit younger teachers who bring a fresh outlook and modern teaching practices.

We are experienced in recruiting top-quality international and Chinese teachers; and the recruitment is led by the school’s academic leadership team. Our English-speaking teachers will come mostly from Britain or from other native English-speaking countries. Some will have experience in Chinese schools, others will come directly from England. Our Chinese teachers will come from a range of interesting backgrounds, including international and bilingual schools from all over China including schools within the Wellington College China family.
